We were gifted the abdominal monitor, base station and 2K camera at our baby shower. It was absolutely wonderful for peace of mind during the early newborn phase. We have used the abdominal monitor since she was born and was in a bassinet next to my bed all the way until she started rolling over. Once she started rolling over, the bluetooth connection would be spotty when she was on her belly. We ordered the sock shoe and honestly, I wish I would have had it the whole time instead of the abdominal monitor! I love that it shows me heart rate and oxygen levels. I never loose connection because of her positioning since it is on her foot. She doesn't mind the sock one bit and she sleeps in footie pajamas every night. We also absolutely love the quality of the camera. The visibility is great and the ability to rotate the camera is super helpful for a squirmy baby. We have only had maybe 1 or 2 false alarms since she was born (now 7 months) and they have all been when she rolled to her tummy and wiggled the abdominal monitor off. I even wondered at one time if the thing really worked so we have tested it but taking it off and holding it or tricking it and the alarms sound within seconds. The fact that the alarms go off EVERYWHERE (base station, phone alerts, etc.) has been helpful too. We both have the app on our phones and tablets so the whole army goes running IF an alarm goes off at all. My only complaint is that when we travel and stay in hotels, there is no way to use this with open wifi networks. Its a good and bad thing because I know its for internet safety and security but I wish there was some way to still use it. This is an absolutely wonderful product and I will use it as long as she lets me!

I love that it works both independently and with the app—perfect for when my smartphone isn’t connected or when I want more detailed monitoring. The sock itself is soft, simple to wrap on, and incredibly easy to set up.

We purchased this for our first baby and couldn’t be happier! We love that the sock shoe works independently with its on-device sleep indicator or can stay connected to the base station for added functionality. We are so glad we have this during the holiday season to monitor his heart rate and oxygen level so we can sleep much better now. Highly recommend it to all our friends!
