At Sense-U, our priority is ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. To uphold this commitment, we offer a satisfaction guarantee for products purchased directly from Sense-U and a limited warranty for products purchased from Sense-U or any authorized reseller.
Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase from the Sense-U website, you can return the product for a full refund within 30 calendar days from the purchase date for Sense-U products.
This guarantee requires proof of purchase and applies only to items purchased directly through Sense-U’s website unless otherwise specified by law.
For assistance with a product purchased directly from Sense-U’s website, contact our customer support team using the details below. Please have your proof of purchase ready. If your purchase was made through an authorized third-party reseller, please reach out to them directly for any inquiries unless the claim involves a limited warranty, as outlined below.
Product Returns
To initiate a return under the satisfaction guarantee or to file a warranty claim, please contact Sense-U via support@sense-u.com. Have your purchase details available, including the date and location of purchase. If your return or claim is approved under the satisfaction guarantee or warranty, Sense-U will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
You will need to return the product, proof of purchase, and the RMA to the designated return address provided on the RMA shipping label. Please note:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Retain your shipping tracking number for reference.
Limited Warranty Policy
Sense-U guarantees its products against defects in materials and workmanship, provided they are used as intended. Warranty periods are as follows:
• Original Electronic Products: 1 year from the registration date for new products and 6 months for refurbished items (availability may vary).
• Replacement Electronic Products: 6 months from the purchase date for replacement items purchased through Sense-U.com, including replacement sensors.
• Non-Electronic Products: 30 days from the purchase date.
This warranty does not affect any additional rights you may have under local laws. For a complete understanding of your rights, consult the regulations in your country, state, or province.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover general wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, modifications, or maintenance.
If you suspect your product is defective, Sense-U will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or components. Replacement products are warranted for the remaining duration of the original warranty period.
Additional Warranty Conditions
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Sense-U products are sold exclusively by us and our authorized sellers who comply with our quality standards. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unapproved websites, may not be covered under this warranty. Sense-U reserves the right to decline claims for products obtained from unauthorized sources.
Disclaimer
This limited warranty is the only warranty Sense-U offers. Implied warranties, such as those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty, where permitted by law. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations.
Our liability is restricted to what is stated in this warranty and does not include claims for incidental or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law. Specific legal rights may vary by region.
