    The Bluetooth version requires your phone to remain within Bluetooth range of the sensor.

    6. Why do I need the Base Station?

    The Base Station extends the Smart Sock Shoe O2 beyond direct Bluetooth monitoring.

    With the Base Station, you can:

    • Check your baby’s data remotely through Wi-Fi
    • Receive local light and sound alerts from the Base Station
    • Monitor room temperature and humidity
    • Connect multiple compatible sensors for twins or multiple babies

    This makes the Long Range version a better fit for whole-home monitoring and for parents who want to stay connected even when their phone isn’t near the baby.

    7. When will sleep data appear in the App?

    The App needs time to collect and analyze enough sleep data before sleep insights appear. This usually takes at least around 30 minutes and may take longer if your baby is very active.

    For the most complete view of sleep patterns, we recommend checking again after a longer sleep period or overnight.
