    Pro Bluetooth connects directly to your phone and is best when you’ll be staying close to your baby.

    Pro Long Range includes a Base Station. Your Pro sensor connects to the Base Station, and the Base Station connects to Wi-Fi, so you can check monitoring data and receive notifications even when your phone isn’t in the same room.

    The Base Station also adds local sound and light alerts, plus room temperature and humidity monitoring.

    2. Can I check on my baby when I’m away from home?

    Yes. As long as the Base Station is connected to a compatible 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and your phone has internet access, you can view Sense-U Pro data and receive notifications through the Sense-U App from virtually anywhere.

    3. How far can the Pro sensor be from the Base Station?

    Up to about 50 ft / 15 m in open space.

    Walls, furniture, and wireless interference can reduce the actual range, so for the most reliable connection, place the Base Station in or near your baby’s room.

    4. Will I still get an alert if my phone isn’t nearby?

    Yes. The Base Station has its own sound and light alerts, so local alerts don’t depend only on your phone.

    When internet access is available, notifications can also be sent to your phone through the Sense-U App.

    5. What does Sense-U Pro monitor?

    Sense-U Pro monitors your baby’s abdominal movement, sleep position, rollover/prone position, temperature around your baby, and sleep data.

    If no abdominal movement is detected for 15 seconds, the Pro first gently vibrates. If movement is still not detected for another 5 seconds, an audible alert and connected notifications can follow.

    With the Base Station, you get:

    7. What kind of Wi-Fi do I need?

    The Base Station requires a 2.4 GHz private Wi-Fi network.

    Dual-band routers are fine as long as 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is enabled. 5 GHz-only networks, mobile hotspots, and public Wi-Fi that requires a web login are not supported.

    8. Can I use one Base Station for twins?

    Yes. One compatible Base Station can connect to multiple Sense-U Pro sensors.

    Each baby uses a separate Pro sensor, and you can view each baby’s monitoring information individually in the Sense-U App.
